COOKING WITH CARM

Owner Ricci Minella and his mother Carmelita Minella will be demoing and instructing all guests as they prepare their own batches. After the meal is over guests will have their homemade pasta boxed up for them to take home to cook at their leisure. Great for friends & family get together as well as professional team building outings!

Guests are required to assemble their own party of 10 people (min) to 14 people (max). Once the group has settled on an available date we will ask for a 25% deposit from each guest to lock the date in. 

4 Course Dinner: 

1 - Seasonal bruschetta trio appetizer

2 - Seasonal salad

3 - Homemade pasta course w/ homemade meatballs

4 - Cannolis

Italian Wine Tasting:

Variety of Italian wines ranging from sparkling to bold red and light whites.
